My woman of the day is Amelia Aramu

Amelia is a hip hop dancer, and choreographer. She is the founder of Sarda Family Crew, one of the most influential street dance crews in Italy, and creator of SupaFresh Dance Movement in the UK.
I met wanted to feature Amelia because I love her versatility- she’s a fitness trainer as well as a dancer teaching at various gyms and often combines her love of dance with fitness in such a fun and effective way.
