Gratitude Challenge

TK'S 7 DAYS OF GRATITUDE CHALLENGE

DAY 2:
Get into your favourite outfit today, stand in front of a mirror (even if it doesn't cover your body) & name 5 things you love about yourself, your body, your personality etc then take a selfie so you remember those wonderful things about yourself.
DAY 3:
Call, text or email a friend or relative that you're thankful for and let them know that you appreciate them.
DAY 4:
Take 15 minutes out of today and reflect on 3 things you're grateful for in your life.
DAY 5:
Perform a random act of kindness, so do something nice for a stranger. It can be anything from giving up your seat on public transport to letting someone elderly go in front of you in the line at the supermarket.
DAY 6:
Is there a business or service that deserves recognition? Show that business some love by leaving review/testimonial on their website, social media or Google.
DAY 7:
Reflect & review over the week and read over your daily gratitude. Challenge yourself to create a gratitude practice as often as possible.
